Introduction
VendorCity, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "VendorCity" "us" or "we") is committed to respecting your online privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Information (as defined below) you share with us. Your privacy is extremely important to us and we take the responsibility of protecting any Personal Information you share with us very seriously.
VendorCity has established this Online Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") to better protect your privacy, to inform you of our online information practices and policies regarding the collection, use, maintenance, and disclosure of your Personal Information and details how we safeguard the Privacy of our online visitors and customers.

Personal Information Collected by VendorCity
VendorCity gathers and collects Personal Information about users in a number of ways, including but not limited to, information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions on VendorCity’s website, via e-mail or by telephone. These are voluntary submissions to, among other things, 1) use our online service; 2) participate in message boards or forums; 3) keep your Personal Information updated; and 4) receive electronic newsletters.
Maintenance & Transmission of Data and Information
Although VendorCity uses reasonable efforts to maintain the privacy of your Personal Information, due to technological limitations, and the risk of unlawful interceptions and accessing of transmissions and/or data, VendorCity cannot guarantee, and you should not expect, that your Personal Information, and any other electronically communicated information, will be absolutely confidential.
Use of Information
VendorCity uses any information voluntarily provided by users to improve services to and understand its users, to enhance their experience in VendorCity’s online site, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements or to improve the content and functionality of its site based on the interests of its users.
It is VendorCity’s policy to only use customer-specific information internally to, among other things, provide user access to our service and all of its features; and to contact users when we need to verify recommendations and vendor information.
Except as set forth in the "Sharing of the Information" Section described below, VendorCity does not, and will not, disclose, rent or share Personal Information received about an individual user with third parties.

VendorCity may need to disclose or release your Personal Information to third party vendors to, among other things, process mailings; store information; contact users or manage user data; apply its Terms of Use; or protect the rights, property, or safety of VendorCity, its users, or third parties. VendorCity will endeavor to ensure that any such third party vendors do not use your Personal Information for their own purpose, and that they will agree to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of any Personal Information they obtain from us.
As with any business, your Personal Information is also an asset of VendorCity and will become part of VendorCity’s normal business records. As such, VendorCity may also disclose your Personal Information to a third party if it decides to sell a line of business to that third party, so you can continue to receive service and information in connection with that line of business with as little disruption as possible. Similarly, in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar event, your Personal Information may be transferred to VendorCity's successors or assigns.
VendorCity’s online sites may also have message boards and/or chat areas, where users can exchange ideas and communicate with one another. When posting to a message board or chat area, please be aware that the information is being made publicly available online and the user does so at his or her own risk.
Cookies
VendorCity may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. A cookie is a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. Like most sites, VendorCity uses cookies to record current session information, to personalize a user’s experience of their online site and to track user traffic patterns. We do not use permanent cookies.
Required Disclosures of Data and Information
Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, VendorCity may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, with or without prior notice to you, when it believes that the law requires it, in response to subpoenas or at the demand of governmental agencies, to protect VendorCity’s systems or business, to protect other visitors to its online site, or to respond to an emergency. VendorCity may also make disclosures of your Personal Information with your consent.

By using VendorCity’s online site, you consent to the collection and use of any Personal Information by VendorCity as set for in this Privacy Policy.
Changes To Privacy Policy
Due to changing technological and marketing demands, VendorCity reserves the right to change its policies regarding the privacy of your Personal Information in the future. If that happens, VendorCity may update this Privacy Policy. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically for any posted changes. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat Personal Information by placing a prominent notice on our site.
Your continued use of any of VendorCity’s online sites, web pages or other online forums or communications following changes to this Privacy Policy will indicate that you accept the changes.
